Please include enough information for us to identify the correct school account and user record:

• Your full name
• Your email address or username used in Tailored School
• Your school name
• Your role, for example teacher, student, parent, administrator, or accounts user
• The type of data you want deleted

What data can be deleted

Depending on your role, account status, and the school's instructions, deletion may include:

• Mobile app login or session data
• Locally cached mobile app data
• Teacher mobile app sync records
• User account data where deletion is approved by the school

School-managed records

Some data in Tailored School forms part of a school's official records. This may include attendance records, learner records, academic records, invoices, payment records, and audit history.

These records may be controlled by the school and may need to be retained for legal, accounting, academic, audit, security, or operational reasons. If your account was created by your school, we may need to confirm the request with the school administrator before deleting school-managed records.
