Manage suppliers, bills and payments, receivables ageing, cash-flow and financial reports alongside school fees. Account mappings, periods and posting settings connect supported transactions to the ledger. Module scope is agreed for your school.
Integrated payment-gateway processing remains planned; recording payments is supported.

Turn the student card into part of the attendance workflow. Where enabled, assigned RFID/NFC cards and readers link a campus tap to the learner record. Tailored Bytes can supply cards and readers and discuss printing or integration requirements for your school.
Campus-entry or access-control workflows require a reviewed hardware deployment; they are not included by default.

Tailored Connect
Keep staff and students informed with school notices, configured email communication and supported student academic access. Availability depends on each school's enabled modules; a full parent portal is not part of the current Android app.

WhatsApp Access
Secure WhatsApp access is being developed so parents and students can interact with selected school information and services through a familiar channel. The website's current WhatsApp button is for contacting Tailored Bytes, not accessing school records.
Planned, not available now: Tailored Pay for integrated payment processing and Tailored Learn for deeper curriculum and academic tools. These are future extensions, not part of the current platform offer.
