Welcome to Tailored School, a school management system provided by Tailored Bytes. By accessing or using the Tailored School website, demo portal, or school portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the website and demo
The Tailored School website and demo are provided to help schools review the product, request onboarding, and understand pricing. Demo access may contain sample data and should not be treated as a live school environment.
Quotations and pricing
Published pricing is a guide. Final quotation may vary after consultation depending on school size, modules, setup needs, onboarding requirements, integrations, website work, domain setup, and email accounts.
School portals
Client school portals may use subdomains such as schoolname.tailoredschool.com. Access, branding, users, modules, and support terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Use of the System
Tailored School is provided to help schools manage student records, fees, attendance, results, reports, communication, users, and related administrative processes.
Users must only access the system for authorised school-related purposes. Unauthorised access, misuse, tampering, or attempts to access restricted information are not permitted.
User Accounts
Schools are responsible for creating and managing user accounts for administrators, teachers, students, parents, and staff.
Users must keep their login details private and must not share passwords with other people. Tailored Bytes and the school may restrict access where there is suspected misuse, expired access, suspension, or a security concern.
School Responsibility
Each school is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system, including student records, financial records, attendance, results, staff details, and communication content.
Schools are also responsible for assigning the correct roles and permissions to their users.
Subscription and Access
Access to Tailored School may depend on an active subscription, trial period, onboarding agreement, or service arrangement with Tailored Bytes.
Where a school account expires, is suspended, or is temporarily disabled, users may be unable to log in until the issue is resolved.
Data and Privacy
Tailored Bytes handles school and user data according to its Privacy Policy. The system may process student, parent, teacher, staff, financial, academic, and administrative information for the purpose of providing school management services.
Tailored Bytes does not sell school data or user information to third parties.
System Availability
Tailored Bytes aims to keep the system available and reliable. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet connectivity, security measures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Updates and Improvements
Tailored Bytes may update, improve, modify, or remove features from time to time to improve performance, security, usability, or service quality.
Support
Support is provided through the official Tailored Bytes support channels. Students, parents, and teachers should usually contact their school administrator first. School administrators may contact Tailored Bytes directly.
Limitation of Liability
Tailored School is provided as a management tool to support school operations. Tailored Bytes is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entered by users, unauthorised sharing of login details, internet failure, user error, or misuse of the system.
Changes to These Terms
Tailored Bytes may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of the website or portal means users accept the updated terms.
