Windows Desktop
Authorised admin and accounts users can search students, record fees and payments, print receipts on thermal printers, and synchronise supported changes when connectivity returns. Desktop-only is the default; LAN is optional and reviewed.
Android mobile app
Teachers can mark attendance online or offline, manage coursework and homework, and sync later. Direct APK download is available now while Google Play is being set up.
One full term free
Schools get one complete term with no subscription charge. The $30 setup fee is paid only when the trial starts; ongoing pricing then follows the school's enrolment tier, with lower per-student rates for larger schools.
Offline sync
Supported desktop and mobile changes stay visible until synchronisation succeeds.
Choose modules
Schools start with what they need and request more modules as operations grow.
School-scoped access
Users only see records for their school, controlled by permissions by role.
